You MUST have an active direct debit in place with us before we can dispatch your product and sim card.
SINGLE DIRECTOR – You must complete the Direct Debit Mandate using our partner GoCardless – please click the link on Step 4 and then return to the form to complete your application
2 OR MORE DIRECTORS – You must download the Direct Debit Mandate, sign both directors and then upload to the GoCardless platform – you will receive a separate email from our Direct Debit Partner GoCardless on how to do this.
